Returns Policy

At Woofa, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our return policy is designed to comply with South African consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Customers are eligible to return products that are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns (if purchased offline). Customers have the right to return defective goods within 10 business days from the date of delivery. No "change of heart" returns will be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@woofa.org with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the products for any defects or damages. Report any issues to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. If a product is found to be defective or damaged, we will arrange for its return and provide a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund.
Certain items are non-returnable. Customised or personalised products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged, and if applicable, perishable goods are also non-returnable.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
